Jon and Sonia first started in the industry in 1995 as landlords. In 1997, he officially became a licensed real estate agent, and used his knowledge of the industry to help clients buy and sell properties. He officially opened JCS Realty & Management Company in 2007; by 2011, he was providing property management services to over 150 properties. Sonia joined the company in 2014 and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing. In 2022 we have changed our name to True Patriot Property Management

Unprofessional and deceptive business practices. It’s clear there’s a reason this company changed its name — likely to distance themselves from a poor reputation. While waiting for an appliance delivery, I was asked to leave a positive Google review before anything had even arrived. I had to figure out their accounting error. Sonia, the staff and a third party were unable to. Now, they are trying to get me to pay for that error, and therefore I will have to take them to court, most likely. Portion of a wall that was incorrectly constructed developed a crack and then a hole. True Patriot Property Management is blaming the faulty contractor work on me. True Patriot Property Management has been absolutely amazing to work with! They are extremely communicative, always keeping me in the loop and quick to respond whenever I have questions. I have complete peace of mind knowing my two units are in good hands. It’s clear they genuinely care about the properties they manage and go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. A wonderful company to do business with! I highly recommend them!
