Jon and Sonia first started in the industry in 1995 as landlords. In 1997, he officially became a licensed real estate agent, and used his knowledge of the industry to help clients buy and sell properties. He officially opened JCS Realty & Management Company in 2007; by 2011, he was providing property management services to over 150 properties. Sonia joined the company in 2014 and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing. In 2022 we have changed our name to True Patriot Property Management

Finding housing can sometimes be a frustrating process- sifting through the scams, the spam, finding the right place- it's not easy. That being the case- do not waste any time on True Patriot Properties. True Patriot Property Management (specifically Alex Schmitt) COMPLETELY wasted my time, having me take time off of work to drive all the way to the property they agreed to show me...then they did NOT show up, did NOT even give me a courtesy call or text, NOR apologize. Update- Jon continues to lie. We signed a lease so I am not sure what he means by not committing. We asked Jon for basic things like to make sure the broken blinds work, the place to be cleaned since it was very dirty, and for the pool liner that was ripped and broken to be replaced. Jon is really sleazy and I highly reccomend never doing business with him. From the beginning, Jon has displayed rudeness and dishonesty.
