Jon and Sonia first started in the industry in 1995 as landlords. In 1997, he officially became a licensed real estate agent, and used his knowledge of the industry to help clients buy and sell properties. He officially opened JCS Realty & Management Company in 2007; by 2011, he was providing property management services to over 150 properties. Sonia joined the company in 2014 and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing. In 2022 we have changed our name to True Patriot Property Management

Jon and Nick for the past three years have been absolutely the best I have ever experience they take care of me. They make sure I’m taking care of even when the situations a little bleak I do suggest Jon and Nick over at true patriot!!!!
