It may sound bad but I've needed this place off and on for 5 yrs...addiction was the main reason but I needed a friend someone that I knew always cared about me...I needed a counselor and Kelly has been more than that for me . Bonnie the nurse I also feel like cared about me.I really recommend this place.
I previously posted a glowing five star review of True North Solutions, but after these last few months I don't feel this is a deserving score. I'm changing my review to a one star review because I no longer feel comfortable recommending people come here if they are looking for help in therapy. I would also like to add that as a client of more than five years, I have decided to go elsewhere. I've been going to True North for over 3 years. I've had to deal with a lot in life and I have found my home for help. I've grown and healed more than I would have ever thought possible. My life has improved tremendously. I'm still working though some tramatic issues. But I trust in my therapist to help me get through them so I can live life without having to go every few weeks. If I could give True North a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I was eager to meet with a therapist because I had heard such good things about True North. And those experiences others have had may have been great; my negative experience has solely to do with the one therapist I saw, Claire, and the staff. I saw Claire two times before coming to the realization that I would be getting no help from her.
