New location, lots bigger (and nicer), staff was sweet as always
The North Wales office is absolutely great. Very neat and clean, the staff is nice and the wait time very short.
I have been super frustrated with the pediatricians office for the past year with the buyout of TruNorth. However, yesterday was wonderful. They finally have one location that they merged several offices into and my experience was finally pleasant once again. The front desk was great and Dr. Colleen G. Was wonderful! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions regarding my daughter’s illness. I only hope it continues to go smoothly in the future. We absolutely LOVE Kelly! She is our go to. We also can get in for quick sick visit if needed, which is convenient and reassuring. Overall, very happy with the level of care we receive and absolutely adore Kelly!
