I started Kettlebell Classes 6 months ago & I am so glad I did. The culture in this space is amazing! The classes are go at your own pace and I never feel rushed or as though I am falling behind -- Truly feels judgement free & just you vs you. This is something I truly appreciate after years in a more competitive environment. My body feels HAPPY & healthy here. Thank you!
