Bryan did a very thorough inspection. He wrote very precise descriptions of the problems. The photographs of each problem were very clear and showed exactly what was described in the text. I highly recommend True North Home Inspections for to determine existing and possible future problems.

I have hired ***** multiple times. Originally thru my realtor to assess a home I was looking to buy. I also hired him to look at the home I owned to determine anything I needed to repair for maintenance. Each time he was very thorough looking at things others missed.
True North Home inspections provide a very detailed inspection and a detailed report. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely do business again with them! They were very easy to contact and were very responsive.
***** was amazingly responsive. He came out and did a very thorough inspection, on very short notice. He was polite, professional, and competent. He pointed out things to me as the potential buyer that were both large and small items, along with suggestions about whether they were urgent or not urgent. He took the time at the end of his inspection to review systems and his findings with me and it gave me the confidence I needed to make an appropriate offer. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
