Just completed another outstanding visit to True North, where the staff couldn't be more pleasant and professional. Laura Pickens administered a gentle but thorough cleaning followed by a typically caring and thorough exam and review by Dr. Shannon. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Best dentist in Flagstaff, very personable and friendly. They treat me as a member of their family and always want to make sure I am comfy during each stage of my cleanings or surgeries. Seriously just an awesome bunch!!!!!! I pay more at True North because the quality is the most important thing for my teeth. I refuse to pay less for some cut-rate clinic that doesn't remember my name when I leave. True North always knows who I am and cares about my well being.

Only office to work with I started going to Dr. Shannon over a year ago and the professionalism and compassion from him and his staff has been wonderful. They go above and beyond any expectation and I know all of the advice and work they do is for the betterment of the patient. I recommend them for any age group and any issue. After your first visit you'll never want to swich to another dentist again.

DENTAL HYGINE HEAVEN I have to have periodontal cleanings because for many years I didn't take care of my teeth. These can be painful in the hands of the wrong person. And not just anyone can give me a pain injection in my mouth successfully because I have abnormal nerve pathways. So, it is necessary to use topical anesthetic. My current hygienist at this practice is the best I've ever had. She applies the anesthetic precisely and just at the right time, in the right place. She manages to manipulate both the ultrasonic machi... read more
