This place is disgusted and needs a visit from the health department. The entrance is disgusting floors, doors and the area where you sign in. Beware of the bathroom and there’s no running water to clean your hands so how can they properly clean the facility???

The lady at the front desk was very nice. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning". I signed in without any issues. She was very talkative and attentive ( in a good way). It was not a long wait even though she was working alone at the time and had to complete all the steps of my screening herself. In my opinion, the receptionist only gives attitude when she receives it. SO DON'T BE RUDE! If you know you are headed there for a drug screen, maybe you shouldn't get there and ask her for water. We use True Medical for our Commercial Needs and find them to be quite helpful. I can recommend without reservation.

no clear communication from them on services requested. They did not do a service and did not communicate to us that the service was not done. They said, "well we told your employee" but it is not the employee's job or responsibility. It is their responsibility to tell us that the service was not done. At the very least they need to contact DISA and tell them they do not do that service because it is on their protocol.
