I've had to go in several times over the years for physicals & random drug testing for my job. They have always been professional & courteous. They've gotten me through the process as smoothly & quickly as possible.
Testing location was nothing short of a horror set
This place is disgusted and needs a visit from the health department. The entrance is disgusting floors, doors and the area where you sign in. Beware of the bathroom and there’s no running water to clean your hands so how can they properly clean the facility???
The lady at the front desk was very nice. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning". I signed in without any issues. She was very talkative and attentive ( in a good way). It was not a long wait even though she was working alone at the time and had to complete all the steps of my screening herself. In my opinion, the receptionist only gives attitude when she receives it. SO DON'T BE RUDE! If you know you are headed there for a drug screen, maybe you shouldn't get there and ask her for water.
