I booked my appointment online and that part was smooth with no issues. The barber was friendly and welcoming, but overall the experience was not what I was hoping for. The shop itself did not feel very polished or up to the standard I usually expect from a barber shop. The main issue was communication. I've been coming here for years and the salon has always been amazing. Steph and her crew are super fun to speak to. Steph is extremely precise and diligent with her fades and her beard trim and I've relied on her for my wedding, my work trips and everything in between.
