Run honestly they fill like a hud program selling like they are a high value company. We fell victim already looking to sell after a year. Backyard is constantly flooded ground wasn't leveled properly there are at least 7 people withing the Blair hills area have same issues. Sad part is I knew this issue when I looked up there reviews but thought they changed thier ways when they were regent homes look it up. Also other issues tiles weerent dont correctly gutters roof garage small not correct dimensions electricity they put ... read more

Dont expect them to fix anything under warranty, and expect to have things to be fixed due to their low attention to detail.
