Well mine has changed to a yes and no! They sold our house quickly but things that were disclosed in the closing offer are NOT getting taken care of. I have had to call for 3 weeks with NO return calls. I just would like the matter taken care of so we can move on!! We were depending on Ana from True team to help us since we now live 16 hours away. RecommendedAna and the True team were amazing to work with from start to finish (for both buying and selling). They detailed what we should do to our old house to get top dollar, we did it, and it sold in less than a week for what we wanted. They also were great helping us negotiate a great deal on our dream home. Their communication is awesome and we felt informed and prepared throughout the whole process. Chris and Ana are amazing people, however, my home buying experience almost 4 years ago with Missy Tapia was over the top! She went above and beyond for me. Several house showings, some outside of “regular business hours” explaining paperwork, understanding the process, back and forth with sellers. She was there every step to answer questions and reassure me through all the confusion. HIGHLY recommend the entire team!
The true team does it better!!! Sold our house in the middle of a snow storm and hustled the entire time. Assisted with buying our dream home and watched out for us the entire time. Young professionals who know the market and are willing to work to get things done. Consistently go above and beyond with their clients. Can’t speak highly enough of this team.
