Don’t waste your time with this place! They never answer the phone if I can give them negative stars I would this place sucks!!!!
0/10 recommend. Nobody ever answers the phones or returns phone calls. They give out incorrect NPI numbers and refuse to see you because they can't give you the real true NPI everyone has an attitude if you're lucky enough to speak to someone. Do NOT waste your time go somewhere else where they actually care about people. Customer service is absolute trash I have never been so upset in my life the most unhelpful individuals in the world. My experience at True health was good. I was able to set up my appointment quickly. Dr. Reiner is an amazing pediatrician and was very compassionate towards my kiddos. I loved his bedside manner. Grateful for the people who work there.
I waited on hold for 33 minutes to try to be a new patient for them. Finally system gave me the option for them to call me back. They called back why I was having a different doctors appointment and I asked if they could call back in 30 minutes and they said no. Called again was on hold for 26 minutes this time, Got the option for them to call me back again. I had the best experience here with Theresa Mantle during my pregnancy. She took time to explain things and always asked if I had questions. The last few weeks of my pregnancy, I saw Tiffany Smith-Sutton and she was absolutely amazing!! My baby wasn't moving much during one of my ultrasounds and she immediately told me to go to the hospital to get checked out (im high risk because of my age).
