We have been visiting this location for many years, but unfortunately, this is the first time we’ve felt so uncomfortable due to the poor customer service provided by Catalina, a particular staff member. There were no solutions or options offered, and my wife has felt extremely stressed during our last four visits. The unprofessionalism and personal attitude of this employee are concerning and need to be addressed. I’m sure she is capable of doing better without this attitude and her poor approach to customer service.
Jillan at True Health has been the utmost help. She does above and beyond for her employees and patients. She really shines positivity onto everyone she meets with her amazing personality. True health has been overall a very outstanding place to partner with!
Friendly staff
In short, the psychiatrist they have there made me feel judged, belittled, and wanted to alter the meds I’ve been on for the past 8 years. Asked questions she should have been better informed, and I felt like she had pre-judgement of my mental health. I don’t recommend her. EVER.
The staff doesn't care about you. All I needed to do was make an appointment because when you call nobody answers the phone, I had to wait 30 minutes. It's complete bull crap.
