Ordered 17 seedlings and 1/2 arrived dead. NEVER AGAIN! Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!
ordered seedlings. packaged arrived with an apology note for the poor packaging. 2 of 6 seedlings died. was charged $12 to ship 6 seedlings (same to ship 12) have not received any response from true garden (I've tried 3 times: responded to confirmation email, messaged from their website, and send email to listed address online)
I like the large variety of seedlings,the quick delivery and the instant gratification from these beautiful babies delivered to my door step!
I ordered a tower full of seedlings, and half of them arrived dead. I reported it, and heard nothing back. I ordered 9 more (paid full price and full shipping again) to replace those, and they sent me the wrong kind of lettuce.
This is a great place to pick up harvested fresh, local green vegetables.
