RecommendedTrue Food Kitchen is one of my FAVORITE places to dine. The food is fresh and delicious and the SERVICE IS STELLAR!!! Danielle and Scott, the two managers, are phenomenal and Grant, our gracious Server exemplifies Superior World-Class customer service. The food is fantastic and the exceptional service keeps me running back!!! I highly recommend True Food Kitchen!!! I’ve been visiting from Illinois over the years and I never leave San Diego without visiting my FAVORITE eatery!!!

I had a delicious lunch here in San Diego but when asked the manager for correct change, she told me the restaurant policy was to either round up or down. It caused a stir when I objected. I ask where this policy was posted, nowhere it seems. Were they all in on making $ or is this corporate policy? I did get my change but my waiter said no matter what, she would be in trouble. And yes I have a photo. Isn't this illegal?

True Food Kitchen's Kale Aid is the only "green drink" I've ever liked -it's amazing! Seasonal Ingredient salad for Fall was also delicious. Never had a bad meal here. Service prompt and atmosphere is fun and relaxed.
