The flowers were exactly what I asked for and were better than I could have imaged. Rest assured that if you want a gorgeous arrangement, they will do a great job. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found the business owner and her staffs tone insensitive. When I walked into the shop, I told two women that I needed an urn surround for my dad's funeral. They maintained a very cheery tone, offered no acknowledgement or sympathy.
