I have successfully sued this gym. I sent the cancellation email, which they of course ignored. That's all it took to get a full refund order from the court; they didn't even bother showing up to the trial. I suggest others do the same, only way to hold them accountable.
Not a flashy gym, but it has solid equipment, plenty of space, and people who are there to train. Staff and members are friendly, always loved this gym.
They will trap you with fees do not go
This gym is mediocre at best, but the real issue is cancelling. They’re partnered with ABC Fitness which might be one of the most predatory and unethical billing companies out there. Cancelling requires emailing a specific address they provide, enforcing a 60-day notice that was NEVER disclosed when signing up.
