I have been a member of this gym for a year, the equipment is old and not kept well, but for lifting weights its fine. I have been paying extra for the cancel anytime membership. Turns out, they charge you 2 extra months to quit, 120. Its bullshit. Go use the little gym in downtown arlington. They are nice, canceling is no problem, and it is cheaper.

This is true gym! This is the kind of gym where there are no colorful exercise machines and no crowds of people. It's just what I need; I'm a big fan of old-school athletics. It has everything: pain, sweat, and blood!

My child was locked in the gym by the staff on duty closing (early for Labor Day weekend). My child is unfamiliar with the holiday schedule & the person on duty should have ensured all people had exited. Andrew made excuses and told me that people are supposed to leave on time. That sounds punitive to me. A man in the parking lot who helped get my child out through an emergency exit, told me it happened to them at least four times. I'm glad my child's phone still had charge, otherwise I'm not sure how this could have gone. T... read more
