We have lived at Woodbridge Apts for approx 6 years. When we first moved into the complex it was quiet, clean and though old & not updated it was cozy. However, in the past two years it has changed significantly. The newer tenants are a whole different set of individuals, who do not value where they reside, nor have respect for others in the complex. Despite attempting to resolve the issue promptly with Raeseanna Lightner, management chose eviction over resolution. The lack of communication and frequent staff turnover reflect serious management issues.
This apartment complex is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Whatever you do not move here if you care about your health and safety. There have been hundreds of calls with the police about incidents with crime/harassment/violence going on here and the apartment complex and corporation FDC don’t do anything about it. Don't rent from anyplace under this management company. Trash from the corporate office(Jacob,Ariana)down to management (Christina) at Woodbridge Apartments in Bedford, Texas. I've never experienced such trash demeanor, excuses and lies from an apartment management team. Ariana needs professionalism training or to be fired. You won't have any tenants left if you leave communication and resolution up to her. She should be replaced immediately as well as Christina at Woodbridge Apartments. I have lived onsite at Woodbridge Apartments for 2 years, and for 2 years it has been nothing but an absolute disappointment. To start with, office staff has changed 4-5 times. The most recent Office Team - Christina & Constance - have been amazing, but they can only do so much with a company that chooses to not put money/resources into the Property.
