Chef Jonathan@ Tru Eats exceeded our expectations for our first trip to LH. We're both vegan and there were slim vegan options unbeknownst to us in LH- I reached out to Chef regarding preparing vegan options/menu etc for my husband and I for our 16th anniversary. We had the pleasure of having Jonathan from True Eats Foods cater our friend’s bachelorette party at our Airbnb in Lake Havasu, and WOW, it was truly unforgettable. Jonathan and his team are amazing. We had a wedding reception for our daughter and new son-in-law for 100 people at our home. True Eats made the most delicious passed appetizers which included Short Rib Turnovers, Chicken Skewers with an incredible sauce and Brushcetta. His staff did an excellent catering to our guests as they sipped cocktails and enjoyed the appetizers. Best empanadas in town, hands down! Jonathan is the best. Always has great combination of flavors and great service! Also caters and provides great options for parties. We ordered a charcuterie board and the party loved it.
