Grace here!! From the above review re the empanadas. They slayed down!! The short rib empanadas gave me life. Very tasty, hot, and juicy. Perfect for a bachelorette weekend or anytime you need delicious catered food!
1000% recommend. Exceeded expectations. I ordered this for my bachelorette trip and it was a hit. Jonathan was very communicative throughout the entire process in the day of. And Grace wanted me to say that she loves the short rib empanadas! Thank you, Jonathan!!!
Chef Johnathan is famous around here for his delicious empanadas! First Friday also had a Cuban Sandwich and Slow Roasted beef & chimichurri - with homemade spice dusted chips 🤩
I was walking by the food truck at the swap meet and just had to try the breakfast empanadas oh wow with the Chimichurri delicious
Chef Jonathan@ Tru Eats exceeded our expectations for our first trip to LH. We're both vegan and there were slim vegan options unbeknownst to us in LH- I reached out to Chef regarding preparing vegan options/menu etc for my husband and I for our 16th anniversary.
