Consistently 30-60 minutes late for appointment start time WITHOUT warning, plus waiting in the back to even be seen. You cannot get a call back from these people even when they assured they would, particularly about matters such as insurance and appointment rescheduling. Improperly filed our insurance claims, causing for them to be denied twice. Today was my very first visit. I must admit, I didn't know what to expect when I saw how young all the staff members & Dentists were but, I was immediately put at ease the instant I started communicating with the ladies in the office! All of the staff members were knowledgeable, patient, respectful (which is a huge requirement for a "Matriarch" like me😊), and the office was welcoming, clean, and "laid back" The holiday spirit was felt throughout the office and I felt extremely comfortable.....
