Superior care by both vet and staff. Dr. G takes the time to thoroughly explain your pet's health and what treatment is needed. Staff is friendly, courteous, and experienced in giving top-notch care. This clinic is always clean, which is difficult to maintain with animals coming and going. Truly a fantastic place to take your beloved pets!
We first went to True Companion bc they saved our friend’s dog after an attack. They had never been there before and they saved this dog’s life and treated the entire family so nicely. Well we have been to see Dr. G for a few things with our small standard poodle, Gus, and we couldn’t be happier to be patients ! By far the best Veterinary office I’ve ever been to or seen. We’ve been in twice and will continue to take both our dogs for yearly check ups & everything else. The staff is phenomenal. So kind, compassionate, knowledgeable & understanding. They take the time to explain everything to you & treat your pets as their own. The office is gorgeous & always spotless. This is the best vet care I have experienced. All the people who work there are kind, caring, and very approachable and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.
Our first experience with True Companion was when one of our dogs cut his back leg pretty badly, so we sought after-hours urgent/emergency care at this office. From our first phone call on the way, to his follow-up appointment, we couldn't be happier with the care provided. We were also seeking a new vet for our dogs' regular veterinarian and have brought three of our four dogs for their annual appointments and vaccines. My 16 year old dog escaped my backyard and was found by a stranger a mile down the road. Her tags had fallen off and she was taken to this veterinary clinic as a stray. She was in poor condition and so this Good Samaritan and the veterinarian decided it would be best to put her down. Not only did they take care of my lost dog, but the veterinarian here went so far as to split the cost to have her cremated.
