Jake is an amazing trainer. He takes the time to listen and will sit down with you to formulate a plan based on your goals. He keeps the workouts interesting and we never do the same workout twice. Which I love cause it’s never boring. In addition I have a personalized nutrition plan that is easy to follow with plenty of food options. I have been with Jake since April 2019 and I can truly say having him as my trainer has been awesome!!!

If you're looking for accountability, a place to put in some real work to see real results, to feel like you are apart of something or just for someone to whip you into shape, True Change Fitness is the place to go. Jake is the guy for the job because he's bulletproof and won't give up on you. We take crap from him but he definitely gets it from us. That's what makes us family! Because of his determination, I can run up and down my stairs without having to catch my breath. That's so huge for me!
