Everyone was extremely friendly and flexible. They have a great selection of cars and worked with the logistics and scheduling of me coming from out of town to check out their cars. The process was quick and transparent. I really appreciate everyone that helped me during this purchase!
THE WOMAN OWNER IS A CERAMAL. SHE DEMADED TO PAY CASH $5,341.93 FOR 2002 Toyota Camery. NOW I KNOW WHY. SHE SELLS BAD CARS.SHE knew MY CAR SPARE TIRE HAD A BEN RIM AND COULD NOT BE USED,SHE knew THE BATTER WAS TOO SMALL.. SHE KNEW Lower control arm Front Sturt. was bad. I paid $1,462. 65 to fix it. I did not go back every weekI did drop by and talk MECANIC MAN, I only stayed about 10 minutes each time. Then On May 11, 2022 the owner yelled at me and told me not come back or she would call the police

Car was still advertised...when dealer finally responded...she told me it had too many issues and wasn't for sale...oh well ...got a better car with great customer service elsewhere

They would not email me any information they said that I needed to call them I work long hours and it's inconvenient sometimes to actually call dealership so I was hoping that they could just email me the information
Stopped by True Cars after a rather disappointing visit to a major car dealership in Tampa. Test drove the car and instantly fell in love with this car. Negotiated a fair deal and the car is mine. Very satisfied with dealership and salesmen. I would do business here again at True Cars.
Car smelled like it was in a junkyard. Needs lots of work. Way overpriced for condition.
