I reviewed back in December 2024. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Waited 45 minutes to be seen and only once the doctor came in was I advised they had not received my medical records. Why did you confirm my appointment several days prior without verifying that you had received the records? I advised the office manager at the time that I would not be paying for this visit which failed not due to my actions. Ironically minutes after leaving the office the office manager called to tell me that they JUST received the... read more

Update 4/24/25: How things have changed in a few years. From being one of the best places I have been part of to becoming worst than other places, I have been to. I have left this message to the practice today. I need to vent; I am not sure what has happened to The True Care MD, that I fell in love with. Where the doctor's cared to listen to the patients and diagnose correctly?. To not really paying attention as The office staff being a joke, can't set up an appointment correctly.
