I would give them a -5 if I could awful service!! they were taking so long to find me a worker so Hang ask my 18yr old son to do the job n he received no training just a photocopied booklet, the women in the office called my son a mama's boy his feelings were hurt, his paperwork was not done correctly so he could be paid properly then Hang n Alec argued w us about what they owed him but the state "made them" backpay my son, the workers they sent me barely spoke english so the couldn't do any store runs for me, if your worker... read more
Franci - I Welcome Hang to call me to communicate for her version of days her workers have had appointments to come for care. I have had a set Saturday. My understanding is that she has been stating that I have been taking my ESA cat to the vet instead of having caregiver. I have been kind enough not to schedule anything on my Saturdays. All they have is Mexicans they don't understand even how to help a person out, Mexicans do what they want to do!! They don't even ask the client what the client needs or what needs to be done! They just do what they want to do.... Definitely not true care
