You can’t go wrong with True Blue Mechanical! The whole team is top-tier, and Dalton was incredible—punctual, super friendly, and fixed our mini-splits while teaching me the ins and outs of how to best use them. Plus, their $99 annual membership for Spring and Fall service is a total steal. From install to maintenance, they offer way more than 5-star service!
We've used True Blue a few times to work on a multi zone mini split in our house. The technicians have all been really knowledgeable and friendly. We recently had a leak in our condensate line. They took time to diagnose the issue and talked through solutions with us. Dalton and Mike were very helpful. Dispatch was really great and helped us to get prompt service scheduled. There is a $129.00 diagnostic fee but that's waved if you become members- other companies are doing the same thing.
Zach did an awesome job servicing our AC. He was prompt, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly. Highly recommend True Blue for all your HVAC needs.
