We have had True Blue come to our house 4-5 times now for the same problem. The first time we paid $3600 to replace faulty parts. Our AC will work for a week or two then suddenly stop working. Each additional visit we’ve been charged their $100+ dollar fee just to come back to try and fix the issue. We’ve been given bogus excuses like maybe our vents weren’t open, but somehow it’ll get temporarily fixed without touching the vents (which are already open). My original experience with true blue was as a second opinion for a company that said I needed a HVAC system. True blue said I just needed a converter. My experience with Zack was part of my annual service contract. He was prompt to arrive? efficieny, and provided excellent feedback. I feel confident my AC is in great condition and absolutely not in need of replacement! Thanks Zack!
