Twice since installation in late November, my Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini-split system very gradually stopped heating. Both times, when I reported the problem, True Blue Mechanical promptly sent a tech who determined that refrigerant pressure was very low. First time the tech recharged the system and made sure the most likely cause was no longer a problem. Pricing was too high for a standard part.
By email at 8:30am I reported Mitsubishi mini-split system not providing heat. Received a reply within 30 minutes indicating a tech could look at the system at 10am. The tech arrived as scheduled, thoroughly checked out the system, and set up an appointment for the next day to nail down the specific cause (probably a refrigerant leak) and fix. Could not ask for a faster response.
