I've been there several times. Not bad, since I live over 20 miles from there. Anyway, the chopped pork is just like NC style (maybe better) and the spare ribs are totally to die for. And.....I have been grilling spare ribs since I was four years old..... got the evidence on film to prove it. So, I know what good ribs are. Smoke flavor is on target (not overwhelming) and their sauces make me hungry just thinking about them.

Took my son there after graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. We are from California and wanted to experience some real Carolina bbq. We were not disappointed....not only was the food amazing......but Milton took the time to sit at our table and share some wonderful stories and words of wisdom with my son.
