From the moment I tasted their food, this became my favorite barbecue in Columbia. We go every so often, and everybody in my family has their favorite item. The chipped pork barbecue is wonderfully smoky. Top it with your pick of three delicious mustard, vinegar, or ketchup based sauces. Ribs, chicken, you can't go wrong. Hash is some of the best I've ever had. Collards are my favorite side, with baked beans a close second. Desserts are great, too, if you still have room.
Mr. Milton treated us like family. I tried the babyback ribs, chicken, hash and rice, Mac n cheese, potato salad, and banana pudding. Truthfully some of the best I have ever tried.
