True BBQ specializes in authentic pit barbecue. We slow cook all of our meats, which includes Boston Butts, Beef Briskets, Ribs and Chicken. We use dry rub for seasoning and leave the choice of sauce up to you, but you might not need it! Our meats are the best even without the sauce.

We purchased Brisket, Pulled Chicken, and 1/2 rack of ribs off the Bulk menu and brought it home to watch a football game. Finished off the Brisket and Ribs immediately. Put the Chicken on BBQ Chicken Nachos. The best BBQ, and sweet, helpful staff. The place was spotless!
