True BBQ specializes in authentic pit barbecue. We slow cook all of our meats, which includes Boston Butts, Beef Briskets, Ribs and Chicken. We use dry rub for seasoning and leave the choice of sauce up to you, but you might not need it! Our meats are the best even without the sauce.

I love BBQ and this was the best BBQ I have EVER had. And the homemade BBQ sauce was absolutely amazing!!!!
Everything was delicious! We were greeted with a smile by the friendliest man ever. The service was quick and despite the waitress having a tough night she was so nice and super helpful. The nachos were huge and so delicious. Brisket was tender and juicy and all of the sauces were delicious! We stopped in while on vacation and will definitely recommend True BBQ to our friends who visit.

The brisket is out of this world! Pulled pork was awesome! The lady running it gave us some rib tips to try while we were waiting, they were also delicious!
Lunch buffet was great! Good service, food was seasoned to perfection. The owner was very friendly and made sure he stopped at the table to make sure everything was to our liking! We will definitely be back!!
I had given up on BBQ. It all treated the same and the meats were so-so at best. Until True BBQ! This place is absolutely the BEST BBQ I have had in over 40 years! The meats are beyond perfect; absolutely all the sauces are to die for! The staff is terrific. Guaranteed to be my go-to BBQ restaurant.
We just happened upon True BBQ and fell in love. Definitely going back.
Omg this place is sooo good!!! We are from pa and we are on vacation , everyone wanted bbq for dinner. We where on our way to sticky fingures for dinner we seen this place on the way! Omg we are so glad that we stop. Food was amazing, services Was great, we were so full we couldn't stop eating it. If your in myrtle beach area and want bab stop here, you won't be sorry!!! We might stop again before we head home!!!
