Alex is a very thoughtful technician. With our complicated job of installing multiple, unique mini split systems. He quickly pulled together a great team of specialists. Despite a couple of unique issues after install, he promptly came by to fix the issues. We talked with several HVAC companies. He has fair pricing and excellent service. Communication is excellent. We will be using him all of our HVAC needs moving forward.

I called for air conditioner repair during a heatwave, and the tech came late and seemed annoyed to be here. He checked the system quickly, said I needed a big repair, then left without fixing anything. No clear explanation, just a high quote and no solution. I felt like I was left stranded in the heat. The lack of care and professionalism was very disappointing.

This is hands-down, the best heating and air-conditioning company. There is out there amazing customer service, and the value that you get for the money you spend with true balance is incomparable to any other HVAC business I highly recommend them to anyone having a problem with their AC.
