I started seeing Sandy a year ago & I can wholeheartedly say that when I leave our session, I feel that there is a huge weight off of my shoulders. Well had my 1st session today, feel went well but still lot of work to be done alot of finding myself. Getting strong mentally. The place is very relaxing and warm.
