I would not go here, or apply to seek treatment here. Gentleman stated he tried to call me several times I have no missed calls from said representative. When he finally called me days later I asked why he didn’t leave me a VM if he called and could not tell me a valid reason. Would def not recommend this place if they treat people this way before any treatment is established lord knows how they treat people who actually are there.
True has the best employees. They actually care about their patients, it’s been such a blessing. The instructors for the classes make it much more interesting than other places. It has structure but a decent amount of freedom. I wish you could go for walks during blackout periods but they go to all the meetings so you don’t have to be stuck at the house all day and get to meet other people! It is bitter sweet to be leaving but on to the next chapter. Thank you!
True addiction is highly recommended by me to start a sober or clean journey. They are very professional and passionate about their clients. They have taught me to learn how to love myself and love other people. For anybody reading this review and are debating rather or not they should go to True Addiction Behavioral Health make the right decision by doing it. Sincerely, Raheem Gathings
My overall experience here has been very positive. The staff truly care about the clients and go out of their way to help you feel supported and understood during a difficult time. You can tell most of them genuinely want to see people succeed and grow in recovery.That said, I do think some of the techs could use a little more consistency and professionalism at times especially when it comes to following through and maintaining clear boundaries with clients.
