I'll acknowledge the posts about Trudy being pushy. She helped us buy a home 8 years ago, sell it this year, and buy another. She's pushy because she knows what it takes to get a home ready to sell and her time and advice is valuable. I'll say it this way, we wanted to sell our house last year. She came in, looked around, told us what to fix up to help it sell for more. We did that, then the housing market crashed so we waited until this year. was in the market for my first apartment & called her whole time was talking to me like i was supposed to know everything when i let her know this would be my first apartment , was very rude over the phone to the point i no longer was interested in seeing any apartments by her .

Be sure to hire your own inspector we purchased a house a few months ago and we have spent thousands on fixing water damage, electrical problems with a bunch of other stuff.. its irritating!!
