Staff was very nice and helpful, Dr Ramjattan was great.
Seemed friendly at first appointment in January but failed to discover a form was left out of my packet and records weren't sent from UF until 3 days before appointment in July and wanted me to call UF or go to their office to sign form. Couldn't find my appointment in their records. Office staff makes bad impression. Will never know if doctor is good or not.
Very courteous and efficient office staff, Dr. Ramjattan is thorough in her exams and explains each procedure.
The staff and doctor Trudy Ramjattan were very nice, made me feel welcomed and did a great eye consultation going through everything step by step and taking their time to answer all my questions. I initially came in due to a bump on my eyelid in which Dr. Ramjattan removed on my second visit and I have to say, I truly appreciated the follow up call after my eye surgery that day to make sure everything was ok.
