I reached out for a whole Home Service Air Duct cleaning & was very impressed with the responsiveness, detailed explanation of what the service includes, pricing, and getting me squeezed into their schedule for a date 2 weeks out. Matt was thorough, kind, and efficient—you can tell he takes pride in the work he does and cares about the customers. Highly recommend TruDuct and will be scheduling services through them moving forward!
When I called for an appointment….they told me $150 to clean my dryer duct. When the technician got here I inquired about the whole house and he told me the price is $250 which includes the dryer vent. Well long in behold when I called back at the office to see why that service wasn’t offered….I was told they aren’t salesman and if I wanted get the house done the price would be and additional $200. So in total $350 is what I would pay if I used the service. A total rip off when you offer the service for $250. SMH…..that wasn... read more
Had an exceptional experience yesterday. Matt was very professional and the service markedly improved air circulation and dryer performance. We would highly recommend this service.
Matt and Tru Duct just cleaned out vents and dryer vent. Was honest and very competitively priced. Great guy that was careful and clean throughout the process. Did a very thorough job by taking his time and doing it right. Going to be passing his information along to all our neighbors and friends. Would highly recommend and plan to continue using his services in the future.
