I would strongly recommend avoiding TruDiagnostics. I ordered a test kit last year and never received any results. After waiting and trying to resolve the issue, I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. Recently, without any notice or explanation, my card was charged again by them. Charging a customer months later after a dispute and refund, without communication, is completely unacceptable. Update: After two months they still haven't returned any results. Unfortunately, in my experience, TruDiagnostic is the worst DNA testing service I've used. Don't get me wrong, the test results themselves are great - if and when you actually receive them. In my case, it took two months for them to determine my sample wasn't viable (why are so many samples not viable? We don't know). Reports are great. In fact, I LOVE the reports. That said, I've experienced the same frustrations of waiting 6+ weeks for test results on more than one occasion. Currently waiting 2 months on my last test. These long wait times for results decrease the utility of the tests themselves. There seems to be a disconnect between expectation setting and the reality of what you experience.

The instructions were easy to follow, and I had my results in about 3 weeks. I received an email when my test results were ready and I really enjoyed reading the insights. The test identified a few areas of opportunity that I was unaware of but made sense. I am eager to retest in six months and see if I was able to make an improvement. In my opinion, this test is worth every penny. I deducted one star because the website indicates you can use your FSA, but the invoice has not been sufficient for my provider. One year of logistics failures, no real accountability, Zero courtesy I subscribed to TruAge Health & Age for one year and unfortunately ended up with zero courtesy despite persistent problems throughout the subscription.
