I am amazed at the amount of detailing in this Tru Diagnostice report!Items reported on include inflammation markers, neurocognitive markers, levels of vitamins, amino acids antioxidants, immune markers. I received 6 top personalized recommendations with a very high PFAS( forever chemicals) being the one of greatest concern. I am a physician and I am extremely disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them to my patients nor my family members. I spent close to $800 for their test kit, registered it, mailed it, followed all instructions. Several weeks went by and there was zero communication from them about the kit. Finally I reached out to the company via email and they told me that the results are ready and I just need to log in to the portal to see the results. I would strongly recommend avoiding TruDiagnostics. I ordered a test kit last year and never received any results. After waiting and trying to resolve the issue, I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. Recently, without any notice or explanation, my card was charged again by them. Charging a customer months later after a dispute and refund, without communication, is completely unacceptable. Update: After two months they still haven't returned any results. Unfortunately, in my experience, TruDiagnostic is the worst DNA testing service I've used. Don't get me wrong, the test results themselves are great - if and when you actually receive them. In my case, it took two months for them to determine my sample wasn't viable (why are so many samples not viable? We don't know). Reports are great. In fact, I LOVE the reports. That said, I've experienced the same frustrations of waiting 6+ weeks for test results on more than one occasion. Currently waiting 2 months on my last test. These long wait times for results decrease the utility of the tests themselves. There seems to be a disconnect between expectation setting and the reality of what you experience.
