I found TruDefinition a few years back, and use their services exclusively. Tommy and team are VERY knowledgeable, and happy to give up time to explain and educate. I’ve used other companies in the past, big box stores like best buy magnolia, and smaller companies as well. None of them come close to the professional and courteous services offered by Tru. Above that, their prices are reasonable and they don’t clock abuse on service/installation calls.
Everyone was so great and professional! From the quick response time to my initial phone call to the final installation was flawless. They communicated well every step of the way. They even made sure everything was clean and ready to use before leaving. Would definitely use them again.
TruDefinition is the best example of 5 star service! They are extremely helpful in problem solving situations and in making great recommendations that improve our daily lives. The response time is incredible. We depend on them for all of our technology needs. We recommend them highly.
