Extremely disappointed in this lab. We sent them a case for a zirconia crown #14. The x-ray shows the fit of the crown at try-in. This was no VPS impression they were sent an iTero scan. With every lab I have ever worked with if the restoration does not fit they will remedy the situation, that's only fair things don't always fit. My assistant called and spoke with Norma. I was in disbelief when my assistant reported to me that Trucrown told her that they would not refund or credit ANYTHING at all, and that they were doing us... read more
