-100 stars, worst shop experience in 16 years. Truck had dpf issues due to exhaust leak, was fully loaded with refrigerated load and pulled into their shop on 10/25/2025. Need a wire harness and flex pipe for repairs and told by a bitter Rhonda that they needed to order part and would arrive by Friday (10/28/2025) morning and repairs would be completed. Brendan is the man. I came in last minute and he got me in and out. This location is very knowledgeable and Rhonda in the shop is amazing. Very friendly and a people person. This location get 10 stars from me
Truckworx is by far the greatest company I deal with on a daily basis. As the maintenance manager for one of Tuscaloosa’s largest trucking companies they go above and beyond the call of duty for us. Their parts department is second to none with the customers best interest at hand at all times. They beat everyone’s prices and meet or exceed even my expectations.
