Stopped in and got a sleeper air bag. Ask shop to see if they could replace the air bag on sleeper. Said it would be 5 to 6 days just to replace a air bag. Come on with right tools it would be a 30 minute job.
Couldn't be more satisfied with the way I was treated. Came in with a derated truck. They got right on it. Martha was very polite at the front desk. My service tech Steven was very knowledgeable and took care of my truck right away. I was in and out in 3 hours. Thank you Truckworx.
Got there late at night. The techs stayed for me and treated me like a king. They even took me to the hotel that I had to have for the night. Excellent service mentality and just downright friendly. Highly recommended!!

On I was trying one of the best kenworth dealerships I’ve ever been to The service was amazing. Everybody was nice sweet and very helpful. They had no problem answering my questions and they got the service on my truck done very fast surprisingly because Kenworth dealerships I’ve been to I’ve never been able to been seen and have the work done in one day it was amazing, I really enjoyed the lounge too big TV.
