Fast friendly service took my transmission out and put it back in in less than ten hours
My wife and I was here to recover one of our company truck, and the services was great! There are some awesome equipment (trucks) on the lot too! American Furniture Warehouse.
We try to use independent places when we can. Called in to set up some needed parts. First call was no problems gave vin and was told I'd receive a call back. Keep in mind this is a time sensitive call waited for a little bit no call back. Made another call and was assured of a call back. Waited and waited no call back. Called in once again and could not even find anyone with knowledge of a call back and was told that I must have called the wrong place. Long story short even then couldn't get parts I was looking for.
Absolutely the worst Kenworth dealership I’ve ever had to deal with it’s always excuses no matter what. They never keep their word on anything. Will never bring another truck here again I rather pay to have it towed across the country than take it here. Truck has been in the shop for a week and it’s been nothing but the runaround from the beginning. Will never do business here
I decided to re-write my review to just simply say do not take your trucks here or do & you will just find out for yourself. Awful business
