I recently visited this Volvo truck location, and I can confidently say it's the best in the USA! I encountered an issue with the DEF system in my truck and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The service manager, Scott, is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The passenger window on my Volvo shattered for no apparent reason while I was on the interstate. I was approximately a half an hour from their shop. I called, and they had the glass in stock. I arrived approximately 3:00, and they had the window replaced as well as the glass vacuumed up inside the truck by 5:00. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Excellent Service, knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing stuff, Friendly and they make you feel as being part of the family.
