Will Duke and his service team are must have partners for serious cleaners. Trust their experience and save yourself lots of headaches. I purchased a Chief II and it is everything it's cracked up to be and more. It's combination of heat and powerful agitation/extraction will give you the foundation necessary to provide your customers with world class service. It's easy to maintain and it's extremely dependable.
