Terrible customer service! They sell damaged vehicles! They will refuse to provide vehicle inspection reports because they are pushing damaged vehicles through the buying process..
Bought a car from Truckmaxx. They assured me it had been fully inspected. Two weeks after purchase, air conditioner stopped working, temp gauge was running hot, etc.. I told them about it and their response was, "we don't have full repair facilities." Then they could not get me in before I had to leave. Since then, I have spent nearly $4,000 on repairs, including a new water pump, thermostat, oil pressure sensor, towing and more.
