I work out of town and when i have problems jd jumps through hoops for me to get me back right and going. Honest work and they shoot it straight. even helps when I’m hours away over the phone. My vehicles won’t go anywhere else

Truck workz is awesome. They are the best and the guy inside Michael is the best. He calls me daily and gives updates and I would definitely use them again!
They do not go by factory warranty. They have there own in house warranty. 12,000 miles. I have never heard of this. Will never go back there. It should have been 1 year warranty. Just a way to not have to make it good. Don't waste your money there.
Very bad business changed a hub 7 months ago 27k miles later it goes out at the time said I had one year warranty now tell me I had one year or 12k mile warranty. Unheard of a mile warranty on a hub on a diesel truck that's one month of driving. If you drive for a living go where warranty is normal. You better off changing hub yourself parts house gives you a time warranty not mileage. Just unheard of. But good thing is I got it warrantied through part house. Sad sad sad
