Great experience!! Maria and George helped me find the right trailer and took care of the paperwork very efficiently. The rest of the staff in the store were very pleasant and conversant. This is the place to buy a trailer if you are in the market for one...best price I could find anywhere.

I’m very very thankful for this place and for RC’s help! I stopped by for help getting an old rusted out hitch adapter out of my vehicle, and RC helped me get it out at no charge and sent me on my merry way. I ended up going back the next day because I tried to put in a new cargo rack in the hitch and didn’t have the tools to tighten a certain bolt, so I just hoped they’d be willing to help me again. I called to try to get a VIN/Serial number stamped on a home made trailer. The person on the phone wanted to argue. I was given a Serial number by the county I live in with instructions to find someone to stamp it. The person on the phone was rude and told me over and over I needed a 17 digit number when the one I was given was 7 digits. I explained that was not what they gave me. Knowledgeable, friendly, had some special concerns, so representative was very helpful in answering my questions. They will NOT negotiate on price, however. So he told me anyway.
