I dropped off dump trailer for an estimate on several repairs. I was told 95.00 per hour for estimate which I agreed to. The estimate for all repairs was 2,600.00. I authorized salesman to repair the wiring only for approximately 400.00. The service department started work on packing the wheel bearings and realized all bearings and seals also needed to be replaced (which I thought might be true). I bought a 10'x5' Ozark utility trailer. I unfortunately didn't arrive in time for the trailer that was on sale that I intended to purchase, but they did sell me one nearly the same that cost $200 more in price. The sales staff were really friendly and helpful. As a consolation, they did at least give me $45 off my sales price...but I would have saved $200, so it was bittersweet. I would have given 5 stars if the manager had been more willing to work with me on the final price and given me more than $45 off

Service advisors are friendly, techs are probably great. Owners son is unprofessional to say the least. Cancelled the work and took business elsewhere, found a great small business close by that was more grateful to take on the job. Total P.O.S
