George took the lead on helping me get a bearing repack done, and also made sure my brakes and drums were replaced correctly and safely. After a horrific event having my camper hitch break and come off my truck at 65 mph on the highway, Chris, the manager of Truck Trailer & Hitch saved me. We were traveling from Kansas City headed back to St. Louis when it happened gratefully less than 3 miles from this business. The tow truck dropped off our camper at 11 pm on a Sunday night and by 1 pm on Monday it was done. They welded a new hitch plate on, replaced the jack stand, wiring harness and break backup. Very fair prices and hourly rate. I was in a hurry to move and needed something emergent. They spent all day trying to figure out my electric tow issue and got it. Chris was the best.
I can’t say enough about the way the do business. It’s the way buying something should be. Look up on Craigslist the price you see is what you pay. Put down a deposit show up with the rest and take your trailer home. No extra doc fees or other miscellaneous crap after you get in the door no inflated pricing. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE PLAIN AND SIMPLE..
