Terrible, avoid at all costs. Went to get a trailer hitch in my car, upon arrival, the manager informed me that she had recently fired her hitch installer. I requested to be transferred to another location which she refused stating "i need the business" got a call an hour later, apparently she got her "friend" to try and install it and they backed my vehicle into the ramps breaking my bumper. This has been a miserable experience overall i would rate 0 if possible. AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT
