I had a good car buying experience but then after that they don't care about you if you aren't a current buying customer. I bought a truck a couple of years ago with a warranty, then sold the truck and tried to cancel the warranty, it took 2 months to get the money back to me. The warranty company sent the check to truck ranch to refund to me within a couple of weeks and it took over a month to get it to me because no one would call me back or help.
