I called regarding renting a few golf carts for a work event and gave the date I needed the golf carts. I was told a two day minimum required to rent the golf carts. Once I had approval I called back to reserve the carts. It then turned into this huge ordeal of they wouldn't deliver or pick on the dates needed.So I would have to rent the carts for three days instead of two. I bought a lifted 4 seater 2014 electric ez go rxv. After about 2 weeks of driving I called and told the young guy who worked there that it felt like it swayed while driving and was hard to control. I told him alignment felt off. He shrugged it off and stated that’s just how lifted carts are. I told him none of my friends drive like that. I called again later and no one would respond. We love our cart, however, we were promised side step bars for waiting so long for our backseat. When the seat was finally installed, we were told the bars were in but not the brackets?? (I would have thought the brackets came with the bars). I have sent several messages asking for the status and have yet to receive a response. You’d think after spending $6000 for a cart, you could at least get a response. It’s just disappointing.

Great group to work with, I love my new cart, it couldn’t be anymore what I wanted if I had built it myself!!! Great prices, at the 2018 Boat and Travel show!!! I didn’t even intend to buy anything, I didn’t know there were golf carts at the show, but it was a deal I couldn’t pass up!!! Thank you!!!!
