HORRIBLE. They knew we were in the car driving an hour away to look at and buy a particular golf cart. When we arrived someone else was looking at the cart. The people hadn't bought it and it wasn't sold. TruckPro wouldn't allow us to put a deposit down or even buy the cart there in person. Bottom line, they don't care about how they treat their customers. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME with these people. We will go elsewhere.
just left here and the service is top notch. I will never go anywhere else for parts or service. I give them 10 stars. The owner is a stand up guy, very honest. highly recommend!!!!
Gary and his team are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and they work very quickly to resolve issues. Truck Pro Equipment Sales has recently built a nice new facility, highly recommend popping in and taking a look!
High quality merchandise, excellent sales staff and they stand by everything they sell. And they service what they sell right there on the same spot you bought it. These are good, honest guys who just love to get their hands dirty.
