Quality SUV parts with fast pick up and delivery. Excellent Customer Service
The person at the counter was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for more information about a part, he responded with profanity. I strongly discourage anyone from buying here — the experience was the worst I’ve ever had at a parts store, and I believe there was discriminatory behavior involved.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and even used profanity when I asked a simple question. Felt disrespected and unwelcome. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place and take your business elsewhere
Extremely poor customer service. I was given the wrong part, and when I asked for help, I was met with hostility and profanity. They offered no assistance, wasting both my time and money. I ended up purchasing the correct part from another store, where I was told that Truck Parts of Philly has a reputation for mistreating customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
