Absolutely terrible experience. I’m a truck driver, and I parked my truck here trusting that it would be safe. I specifically told them NOT to move my truck without calling me first. They knew exactly what I asked, but they completely ignored it. They moved my truck without contacting me, and in the process damaged the front end of my truck. I strongly DO NOT recommend this parking location, especially for anyone with a large or long trailer. I booked and paid for parking here through Truck Parking Club. The property representative personally helped me park my enclosed trailer, and we discussed when I would return to pick it up. When I came back, the lot was so overcrowded that it was nearly impossible to safely get my truck and trailer out. A large fuel tanker was occupying critical maneuvering space.
